Delivery & shipping

I aim to ship all orders within 3 working days however, as I am a one man band, this may take up to 10 days from the order being placed.  Free Shipping on all UK orders over £40.00 (Includes Channel Islands, IoM and NI) .

Please be aware that I operate in small handmade batches and products are lovingly made order to ensure quality and freshness.  As I am a small cottage industry start up,  I have no idea how my products will be received to a greater audience, therefore, I have a limited stock of tins etc...so....I will endeavour to get everything to you as soon as I can.

Sometimes I will use packaging that I have previously received, and recycle it, and where possible, re-use it when sending out packages - mainly for larger orders.

Standard UK mainland delivery, Royal Mail 1st class and signed for is 3-10 days from despatch.

Non Mainland areas such as the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Isles may take longer

Shipping is provided by Royal Mail unless otherwise stated.

Overseas International shipping is available and can take 5-14 working days for delivery depending on the shipping country's own mail service.  Please email me - hello@theredhotfox.co.uk and I can provide a shipping costs for overseas packages.   I cannot be responsible for delays in shipping once it has left me.
